22 May 2023

News

On Friday 17th February 2023, we launched the Community Innovators Volunteers, and Leaders (CIVAL) Alumni and Mentoring Project.

This project, funded by the Office Of Multicultural Interests, is ASeTTS newest project helping to further support graduates of the Community Innovators, Volunteers and Leaders (CIVAL) program.

ASeTTS will deliver a suite of supports to assist CIVAL alumni in their continued leadership development, providing post-course support, including master classes, networking events and a mentoring program.

We welcome our mentors who will be providing support and guidance to our mentees Mamta Kochhar, Paola Borquez-Arce, Asem Mousa, Charles Salah, Caro Duca and Natalia Shah. Thank you for your time and for sharing your knowledge and experience throughout this project.

We would also like to thank James Jegasothy, Executive Director of OMI for his support and John A. Aciek for sharing his journey as a community leader.

Thank you to everyone who attended last night’s event and we hope you enjoyed the networking opportunity with past and current CIVAL participants.

We look forward to sharing updates on this project.
