The Young Women Peer Education Project was recently completed in collaboration with SHQ – Sexual Health Quarters to train young women as peer educators.
The project provided tools and resources to assist young women to implement their skills in ways that promote the rights of women and girls in their community.
Workshops, presentations, an excursion, team building activities, self-care activities, yoga and dance were used as some of the methods for this project.
On 16 September 2020, ASeTTS organised the final celebration of the project with the young women who participated along with some of the facilitators who were part of the project.
