One thing you remember about CIVAL/ ASeTTS Community Leadership Program:

I remember how the program brought together people from different cultures and backgrounds, learning and working on learning materials, and getting along together, especially on solving conflicts in the Community topic. I was amazed how all the participants though are from different culture, we all agreed on the right way of solving conflict. It gave me the chance to connect with others, share our stories, and learn from each other.

One thing that was useful that you took out of CIVAL/ASeTTS Community Leadership Program:

The program helped me build confidence in myself as a leader. I learned how to listen, communicate better, and support others in my community, specifically in the Co-Design process, where listening and communicating better are needed the most to understand community needs and how to analyze and evaluate them.

What part of CIVAL/ ASeTTS Community Leadership Program had the biggest impact on you / stayed with you:

The biggest impact for me was learning that leadership is not only about leading people but also about working together, respecting differences, and creating positive change in the community.

Your message to future CIVAL participants:

I encourage you to join with an open heart and mind. You will learn new skills, meet amazing people, and discover the leader within yourself. This program can truly change how you see yourself and your role in the community.
